Rabbit Group support the transformation of a Sussex charity garden

Rabbit Group has supported Willmott Dixon Construction to transform the garden of the Sussex MS Centre in Southwick to make it into an inspiring and accessible space for its users.

The Sussex MS Centre is a charity that supports Sussex residents with Multiple Sclerosis by providing drug-free treatments, exercise classes and promotes their wellbeing with therapies and social opportunities. The centre’s garden needed an overhaul to transform it from a barren and unloved area into a useable space with seating, patios, planting and easy-to-maintain beds. Rabbit Group donated a skip for the building teams to use to help renovate the space.

Rabbit Group Managing Director, Mick Adams commented, “We were delighted to collaborate with other local businesses to help the important work of the Sussex MS Centre, creating a wonderful outdoor space for the members to enjoy.” Sussex MS Centre Manager Emily-Jane Stuttard added, “Together we have provided a much-needed makeover for this wonderful, inspiring Centre, which will be enjoyed and well-used for years to come.”

It’s not the first time Rabbit has supported local charities. Rabbit previously contributed to the Worthing Community Chest to promote clothing and textile recycling and were part of the DIY SOS: The Big Build team when they came to Sussex to recreate the home of Amanda Newton following a serious bicycle accident.
